Select group of VIP web developers, bloggers, designers & press will start to see invites in their mail box for Microsoft’s event that will be held in San Francisco on 15th September in order to celebrate ”the Beauty of the Web” with honorable mentioning launch of the IE9 beta. Microsoft also sent packages to reporters involving variety of art supplies like crayons & finger paints, inside box with IE logo. Microsoft’s Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Turner, told that beta of IE9 would come in September.

Microsoft is holding launch event reflects rising importance of browser and degree to which Redmond is counting on IE9 to get it back in to serious technical competition with Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Microsoft’s IE9 beta needs either Windows 7 (no XP) or Windows Vista and will require users to interchange their current installation of Internet Explorer. Among key features of IE9 is its support for HTML5 [improved JavaScript engine] and ability to nab computer’s graphics chip to accelerate text & image rendering.

Microsoft company has not said much about design of IE9 beta. Microsoft is hoping to see wide adoption of Internet Explorer 9 beta. ”The beta is not for everyone, clearly,” company’s Ryan Gavin said, “but if you are comfortable downloading and installing software, I know I am going to want you to try IE9.
Microsoft plans to continue to offer & update its technical preview of browser engine which runs side-by-side with earlier versions of IE, for users who do not want to or can not install Internet Explorer 9 beta. Such technical preview four released last week.
